The Fattoria di Fugnano winery is equipped with a modern vinification system with temperature controlled stainless steel tanks that can house all the grapes produced on the farm.

The grape processing area allows a strict manual selection to be carried out on the individual bunches, directly on the elevator belt before the destemmer.

The equipment available allows us tovinify white musts at low temperature and to keep red musts in contact with the skins rich in noble substances such as aromas, tannins and anthocyanins for a long time.

The barrique ageing cellar is equipped with barriques and tonneaux barrels for refining both red and white wines and a 25 hectolitre barrel for the aging of our Donna Gina wine.
